Blue Hole Regional Park

Playscape, nature, picnics, swimming and over 3 1/2 miles of hiking trails

Cypress Creek Nature Trail & Preserve

The City of Wimberley has developed 7.24 acres of land along Cypress Creek into a protected preserve and nature trail.

Martha Knies Community Park

A 1.2-acre park right in downtown Wimberley and developed in 2001 by the City which features a playscape, pavilion, public restrooms, and a water feature.

Oak Park & Welcome Center

Oak Park, designed and maintained by Wimberley’s Parks & Recreation Department, is a community gathering space that features high-quality artificial turf and includes bistro-style seating and several outdoor games.

Old Baldy Park

At the top of the 218 rock steps, you’ll be rewarded with 360-degree views of the Wimberley valley.

Patsy Glenn Refuge

The Patsy Glenn Refuge encourages and protects birds and all wildlife. It has also served to inform and educate visitors, including area school children, and to improve the Cypress Creek watershed.
